- All purchases are first-come, first-served, subject to availability. Surcharges will be applied for urgent orders.
- Please place order at least 4 weeks in advance up to 24months with 50% deposit to secure the date.
- 10% surcharge for order placed and confirmed within 2 weeks.
- 30% surcharge for order placed and confirmed within 1 week.
Design
- The product list is not exhaustive. Please feel free to discuss with us about cake designs.
- Product design and flavor would not be changed after payment. No refund would be entertained. Please confirm the details of the order before making payments.
- All photos, illustrations and descriptions are for reference only. Every product is handmade and is therefore unique. Please allow subtle differences in placement and shape.
Payment
- Please settle payment within 48 hours after our invoice is delivered. The order will be cancelled without further notice if no payment received within the time frame.
- Customers MUST provide transaction proof. Failure to provide a transaction certificate will not be considered.
- 50% deposit is required to secure the date. Remaining balance (50%) must be settled 4 weeks before event date, or will be regarded as giving up. NO production will take place.
- If lead time is less than 4 weeks, FULL PAYMENT is required.
- We accept bank transfer (HSBC / BOC), Fps or Payme only.
- NO refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
Product Disclaimer
- Our products contain eggs, milk, almond, nuts, wheat and gluten, please consider before ordering. We do provide eggless and vegan options, feel free to contact us.
- All products should be kept refrigerated or stored at room temperature/ air-conditioned room, out of direct sunlight on a flat surface. Recommended storage instructions would be given upon order confirmation.
- No preservatives or additives are used, please enjoy the freshness of our handmade products.
- We are not responsible for damage of product due to incorrect storage.
Extreme Weather Conditions
- All service will be suspended when Typhoon Signal T8 or above, or Black Rainstorm warning signal is hoisted.
- Pick-up service will be resumed within ONE hour after cancellation of extreme weather signals.
- Delivery service will be resumed within TWO hours after cancellation of extreme weather signals.
- All orders affected by extreme weather can be rescheduled to deliver or pick up on the following day. Please contact us as soon as possible for any rearrangements.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refund due to extreme weather conditions.
Cancellation, Refund, Rescheduling
- NO cancellation, refund or rescheduling after payment confirmation.
- Deposit or any payment made is non-refundable.
- Surcharges applied for rescheduling due to any circumstances:-
- 30% surcharge for rescheduling 2 weeks before event date.
- 50% surcharge for rescheduling 7 business days before event date.
- 80% surcharge for rescheduling 3 business days before event date.
- NO rescheduling within 3 business days will be accepted.
- NO refund will be entertained regarding any damage after picked-up for delivered.
- If there is major damage to the cake during the delivery by us to the extent that it is no longer recognizable, full refund would be proceeded in 14 days.
- We shall not be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.
- Upon payment confirmation, you will be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions.
- In case of disputes, Gloria's CakeCraft reserves the rights of final decision.
